The whimsical spirit, Lumiere, invites all dreamers to gather from November 17- 27 to light up the city and redefine winter as a season of inspiration and coming together.
A key highlight of Lumiere 2022 are the Dream Beacons. These expressive light installations will inspire and excite the imagination. Positioned throughout the Downtown core, these Beacons transform their location and ignite new dreams for the future.
On select nights there will be a series of pop-up performances. They will be located throughout the downtown’s interconnected public spaces. Each night, at a new location, Dreamers will join together and celebrate with light, music, art and dance. There will also be free workshops on select festival nights to build illuminated costume pieces so you can join the community parade to light up the night!
No two nights will be the same during this free family-friendly festival. Join us in shining a light on local artists, brightening the city and inspiring new dreams.
