Rock 101 is proud to support the return of Canyon Lights at The Capilano Suspension Bridge Thursday, November 23, 2017 to Sunday, January 28, 2018 (Closed December 25). Park hours are 11:00am – 9:00pm. Holiday activities (band, crafts, Snowy Owl Prowl) begin at 4:00pm.
Don’t miss the 64,000 lights on Treetops Adventure! (Treetops Adventure is a series of 7 suspension bridges attached to viewing platforms high up on 8 Douglas-firs.) Each tree is lit up with 8,000 lights above and below the collars. The suspension bridge, Treetops Adventure, Cliffwalk, the rainforest and Capilano River are all transformed by lights.
Canyon Lights donates partial proceeds from admissions to the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund, supporting fire and burn education in BC schools. Capilano Suspension Bridge Park also hosts the Twelve Nights of Christmas for local charities.
