The 5th annual Vancouver Halloween Parade & Expo is a three day festival of Arts, Performances, Cosplay, Films, Comics, Anime, Games and Makeup. With the Parade starts at 11 AM Sunday Oct 7 in downtown Vancouver, rain or shine, welcome to the world’s largest Cosplay stage (this is a family friendly festival so blood or gore costumes are NOT allowed).
