Born March 30th 1945 in the Southern English town of Ripley, Eric Clapton has gone on to enjoy a legendary career and solidify his place as one of the greatest guitar players of all time.
From his work with a handful of very notable bands (putting it lightly) including The Yardbirds, Cream and Blind Faith (among others). Collaboration albums with the likes of BB King and JJ Cale respectively, and of course his solo work. Eric Clapton has but together one of the most extensive and formidable discographies in music history.
